We support thousands of connections, and sometimes providers have issues, so here you can find out about currently impacted services as well as some of the upcoming connections we are working on.

Moneyhub > WPS Migration

OTP / Verification emails are being sent promptly, but they are frequently ending up in users’ SPAM folders.

Affected users are encouraged to try again – If successful, please mark email as ‘not spam’ – If issue persists, please contact support

 

Quilter – Connectivity issue – Blocked by provider

Provider has introduced ReCAPTCHA MFA requirements, this has blocked the connection from working.

 

Trading 212 – Blocked by provider

  • St. James’s Place – MFA / Changes to login process blocking connection
    Our technical teams have raised the issue with the provider – We are awaiting an update.

 

  • Now Pensions – Connectivity issue with the provider
    Our technical teams have raised the issue with the provider – We are awaiting an update.

 

  • Aviva – Connectivity issue – Confirmed partially blocked by Provider
    Our Tech & Senior Leadership Team have raised the issue with the provider – Success rate fluctuating as some users have been able to save new credentials and work around the partial block.
  • Note: Your security is our priority – Full announcement emailed out to affected users – Suggestion to contact provider directly to ask for clarification on their position & express support for a full API based solution.

 

  • Santander Mortgages and Loans – Connectivity issue with the provider
