Moneyhub App - End of Service Announcement
At Moneyhub, our mission has always been to empower individuals to take control of their financial health. Since our inception, we've worked closely with financial institutions, enabling them to leverage our technology to benefit their clients. In parallel, we launched our consumer-facing app to directly support individuals like you.
Over time, our most significant impact has been realised through partnerships with banks, insurance companies, investment firms, and fintechs who use our technology to help and interact with their customers. Through these collaborations, we've been able to assist more people in making better informed financial decisions.
To further accelerate our growth and expand our reach, we've made the difficult decision to concentrate solely on these business channels. As a result, we will no longer offer our consumer app to new users or develop new features for the app. While this means that the app will eventually be discontinued, rest assured it will not happen immediately.
The app will remain available for the next 18 months, just log in at least once every 90 days to keep your account active. The 18 month timeframe ensures that even recent subscribers can enjoy the full duration of their paid annual service while all users receive an additional minimum six months free of charge. This extended period is designed to allow you ample time to transition to an alternative financial wellness app at your own pace.
We understand that this change may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely apologise for that. We are incredibly grateful for the trust and support you've shown Moneyhub, and we're here to assist you over the next 18 months. We hope that, as we shift our focus to business channels, you'll continue to benefit from our technology through one of our financial services partners. In the meantime we have provided an initial set of Q&A’s below that we hope will answer your immediate concerns.

Q: How do I keep my account active over the next 18 months?
A: Simply log in at least once every 90 days and your account will remain active.
Q: What is the decommission date of the Moneyhub App?
A: Our target decommission date is August 14th 2026
Q: Do I need to do anything before August 14th 2026 in order for my account to close?
A: All remaining open accounts on the application will be closed on August 14th, 2026. Should you wish to download your financial and transactional data beforehand, you can do so at any time through the app or web portal. This can be accessed by clicking the 'cloud' icon in the “Transactions” menu located in the top left corner. The data will be downloaded into a spreadsheet (CSV) format, allowing you to use, view, and import it into other suitable software.
Q: Will you still be providing support for the Moneyhub App?
A: We will continue to support users, as we do today, through to Moneyhub being decommissioned in August 2026.
Q: What happens to my data?
A: In accordance with our terms and conditions, all your personal data will be securely deleted from Moneyhub systems once the app is closed. This encompasses user profile information, data you have entered, data collected by our internal systems, as well as your financial data, account details, and transaction history. It will also include the encrypted, secure data that we hold to maintain the connections to your accounts.
Alternatively, you have the option to close your account and completely erase this data at any time by navigating to the Settings menu > My Account > Delete Account & then following the steps from there.
Q: What happens to my subscription?
A: The app, including all features and connections will continue to be supported until August 2026, so you will be able to take full advantage of any remaining subscription period and also enjoy a further subscription free period after that.
Q: Is Moneyhub recommending any alternative providers?
A: There are a number of alternative apps available from app market places. We currently have no commercial or migration arrangements with them, however, should that change over the next 18 months we will of course inform our users.
